The Rich Beggar Chicken

One of our unusual requests from customers is the classic remake of a traditional dish. The beggar chicken has many stories of how it was originated; the name itself can influence the imagination of how the chicken was created. This dish was created by our Chef who used the salt as the main ingredient to create the shell, and decorated it by traditional calligraphy. Inside is a whole chicken wrapped in a banana leaf; the flavour is strong because of the aroma the banana leaf would produce. The dish cost $29.99 and can serve a whole family.
